What is GoodSearch?
The Maryland Patriot Guard, Inc., is now listed on Goodsearch...
What does that mean? Essentially if you use Goodsearch when you search for something on the internet, MD PG earns a penny for each search. A Penny isn't much, but considering at work I sometimes have to search 20+ times a day for things, it can add up! The Search Engine behind Goodsearch is Yahoo search engine. Okay, it's not #1, but it's the next best thing...
The other part of this is GoodShop... It is essentially a shopping mall made up of a bunch of stores we have all heard of, and probably shopped online at, Amazon, Target, Best Buy, ebay, etc.etc.etc.... Each purchase made through GoodShop at those vendors will bring back a percentage to the Maryland Patriot Guard. It's the same prices you get going directly to the vendor site, but they donate percentages if you go through GoodShop...
You can use GoodSearch through our webpage in the upper right hand corner of the page. Or you can put the goodsearch engine in your browser. It's an addon search engine for both IE and FireFox. Or you can go to GoodSearch.com and
GoodShop.com...
If you make it your new default search in your browser, you need to go to GoodSearch.com and pick Maryland Patriot Guard as your charity...
